Terms and cancellation

1. Scope and services

1. These terms apply to all bookings with Epochenwanderer OG, Münchendorfer Straße 3, 2361 Laxenburg, FN 579658p (hereinafter “we”).
2. We offer theatrical city walks in Vienna, as public tours with individual tickets and as private tours for closed groups of up to 30 people.
3. The tour takes about 1.5 hours and takes place outdoors on foot. The route may vary depending on weather and circumstances. We perform in German; English is available on request.
4. Tickets bought via Ö-Ticket are additionally subject to Ö-Ticket’s terms.

2. Reservation, prices and payment

Public tours

1. A reservation via the request form or the invitation link is binding. No payment is due yet.
2. You can withdraw a reservation free of charge until the payment request is sent.
3. As soon as enough guests have reserved, we send the payment request by email. Payment term: 7 days, by bank transfer. Once payment is received, the tour is confirmed.
4. The first 15 tickets per tour are Trailblazer tickets at €47.00 per person. All further tickets cost €49.50 and are available via Ö-Ticket.
5. Once payment is received, you get your ticket by email. You may pass a paid ticket on to another person.
6. If a tour does not take place, we refund any amounts already paid in full.

Private tours

1. After your request, we check the date and send an offer by email. The booking is valid once you confirm the offer.
2. The price depends on the group size stated in the offer. If fewer people attend, the price is not reduced.
3. Additional people must be registered and paid for before the tour. Joining spontaneously on the day is not possible.
4. Payment is by invoice within 14 days of the invoice date, or for short-notice bookings no later than the day before the tour.

We are not subject to VAT; all prices are final prices.

3. Cancellation and exchange

4. On the day of the tour

1. Meeting point: U3 Herrengasse, exit Minoritenplatz. We welcome you from 20 minutes before the start.
2. Late arrival: We wait a reasonable time, then the tour begins. Anyone not there loses their ticket without a refund.
3. Weather: We also perform in light rain. We decide whether the tour takes place no later than 4 hours before the start and announce it on the home page and by email. If we cancel, section 3 applies.
4. Interruption: If a tour has to be stopped after at least half of it has been performed, it counts as completed and there is no refund. If it is stopped earlier, you can rebook or get your money back.
5. Children: We recommend the tour from age 12. Children and teenagers must be accompanied by an adult.
6. Dogs: Dogs are welcome as long as they do not disturb other guests or the performance.
7. Photos: Group photos may be taken during the tour and used by us. If you do not want this, please let the guide know.
8. Liability: Participation is at your own risk. The route includes cobblestones, so please wear sturdy shoes. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, except in the case of personal injury.
9. Law: Austrian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
